A recent study published by Cell Metabolism showed that when given very specific times when allowed to eat, and adhering ONLY to these times, fat loss was very pronounced. This was a steep to a second group given the same diet but were free to eat whenever they wanted.
Doc’s Thoughts: The spleen is the organ primarily responsible for shaping the body. It is also an organ that likes timeliness; that is, it likes regular and consistent intake of food. Eating at the same time most days is a time-honored principle and should be helpful to most people.
