This one hit almost hit home.
From the University of Scranton (about 45 minutes from where I grew up in PA), researchers reported the findings of significant weight loss in adults following the supplementation with Green Coffee Bean extract.
The subjects received 700mg of Green Coffee extract, 1050 mg or a placebo for a 6 week period. The weight loss average was 17 pounds, including a 16% decrease in body fat percentage and a 10.5% decrease in body weight.
Doc’s Note: Green Coffee Bean extract is also found to have a reduction in post meal glucose levels. I have found that the 700 mg range to be the most effective.
