New Year’s Resolution

It is that time again.

We are only a couple of weeks away from a new year, complete with new promises to self, new approaches and new resolutions. For many, they will last a grand total of 2 weeks. In one year and out the next. For some, they will be the catalyst for a new life.

What is the difference between these two groups? Many factors are involved but one at or near the top of the list is . . . . the Kidneys. Not quite the answer you were anticipating now was it?!

The Kidneys, in the world of natural medicine have many more functions as compared to standard medicine. One of the functions is “The Kidneys house the Willpower.” In short, when the kidney energy is strong, the will (or willpower) is strong. When the Will is strong, commitments mean something. “New Years Resolutions” are taken as an “Apollo” vow — failure is not an option.

There are some foods that can improve kidney energy such as black bean and black sesame. Ganoderma Lucidum as herb for kidney certainly help to improve its functions too. (Alcohol in excess is the number one reason for kidney energy depletion.)

Ganoderma Lucidum’s Nucleic Acid strengthens kidney to neutralize toxic, reduces protein in urine and breaks down cholesterol.

However, according to ancient Chinese medical classics, the most potent herbs for kidney is Cordyceps Sinensis (Dong Chong Xia Cao). It’s a type of precious fungus grown in China with high medicinal values.

Strengthen your kidneys and find your voice.  In the words of T.S. Elliot. . . .

For last year’s words belong to last year’s language
And next year’s words await another voice.
And to make an end is to make a beginning.
