How to Optimize Bone Strength


You have seen the seemingly countless ads that focus on prescription drugs to reduce the risks for osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is a widespread condition associated with reduced bone mineral density and strength leading to fractions of the bone(s).  Risk factors include post menopause, aging, low HGH levels, Caucasian or Asian race, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, sedentary lifestyle and smoking.
